Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As a Cost Control Associate, you will be reporting directly to Cost Control Supervisor. This role will play a crucial role in monitoring the day-to-day metrics related to Astro operations for the online business. The responsibilities will include project management, executing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.
Responsibility
- Work closely with the Cost Control Supervisor to define project objectives, list of initiatives, and produce various deliverable.
- Conduct data analysis to provide insight as part of performance evaluation and to identify opportunities & challenges to optimize cost while ensure performance stability and consistency.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPI) deliverable.
- Recommend adjustments to strategies to adapt to changing market conditions / environments.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and support project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience or coursework in the retail sector, project management, and familiarity with PnL reports are preferable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present complex ideas in a systematic and concise manner.
- Demonstrate the ability of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong self-starting initiative.
- Willingness to learn and to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in using analytical tools and Microsoft Office.
