Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage daily marketplace operations, including product uploads, pricing adjustments, and inventory updates.
- Analyze key performance metrics such as Impression, PDP View, CTR, CVR, CPC, and ROAS to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and content strategies.
- Drive improvements in product reviews, win rate, and overall buyer experience.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure compliance with shipping SLA and delivery timelines.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiar with e-commerce campaigns (flash sale, buy more save more, etc) structures and promotional planning.
- Knowledge about e-commerce market trends
- Proficient in e-commerce data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
- Experienced in using Shopee Ads, Tokopedia TopAds, and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, target oriented, strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
- Problem solver with the ability to take initiative and act on-site when needed.
