Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Woman, max 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree (Psychology preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in career counseling services, recruitment, HR, or headhunting.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Experience with recruitment platforms, HR tools, or community engagement is an advantage.
- Willing to be located in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
- Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with companies as hiring partners.
- Maintain long-term relationships with employers and ensure satisfaction with Purwadhika graduates.
- Facilitate recruitment pipelines between hiring partners and alumni.
- Actively source and identify job opportunities that match the skill sets of Purwadhika graduates.
- Build a talent pool and maintain strong networks with industry recruiters and HR leaders.
- Provide coaching sessions on soft skills, professional branding, and job search strategies.
- Monitor alumni career progress and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to craft, execute, monitor and evaluate career activation that's relevant to the student and alumni.
- Manage administrative documents related to students and alumni for career support.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
