Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess customer needs.
- Handle customer's input, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service.
- Work with the team and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer complaints or needs.
- Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; fresh gradute welcome to apply
- Have a good interpersonal skill, strategic thinking, verbal communication skills, and customer satisfaction oriented
