Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Bali with flexibility for some remote work, for a Business Development role. The Business Development associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as researching market trends and customer preferences, lead generation, and developing and maintaining customer relationships. The position will require the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to achieve sales targets and generate new business leads.
- Analytical Skills: ability to analyze and interpret market data and financial reports
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Lead Generation: proven track record of generating leads and identifying new business opportunities
- Market Research: experience in conducting market research to identify customer preferences and competitor analysis
- Customer Service: experience in providing exceptional customer service to clients and addressing customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Food and Beverage industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Location in Makassar
