- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential partners, focusing on banks and digital banking platforms.
- Manage the entire partnership cycle, including initial contact, negotiation, closing of agreements, and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals and progress reports to senior management.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in building and managing partnerships.
- Proven track record of successful deals and relationships with banks or digital banking entities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
