Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Search and identify potential areas for new store openings.
- Scout, negotiate, and secure high-quality store locations.
- Conduct market research, including traffic counting and competitor analysis.
- Assist in evaluating store performance and revenue potential.
- Experience in offline store/mall development (F&B/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods preferred).
- Familiar with East Java regions (Surabaya, Malang, etc.).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Willing to work outdoors, conduct field surveys, and handle high-intensity tasks.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
