We are hiring: Brand Acquisition Manager - FMCG
The Brand Acquisition Manager will provide vital support to lead brand acquisition and partnerships in the FMCG category.
The position will also play a key role in identifying high-potential FMCG brands, onboarding them onto the Baskit platform, and building long-term strategic relationships that drive mutual growth.
This role will expand our portfolio of strategic brand partnerships as well. The position sits at the intersection of business development, category management, and execution excellence as it drives the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of brands.
The ideal candidate is data-driven and commercially sharp with a proven track record of converting relationships into measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and onboard FMCG brands (local & international) to the Baskit platform.
- Build strong value propositions to attract high-quality brands by showcasing Baskit's distribution capabilities, reach, and tech-driven advantage.
- Manage end-to-end brand onboarding: pricing, supply chain alignment, catalog digitization, and go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to ensure smooth execution of brand launches and ongoing performance.
