Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create product marketing plans and promotion campaign to generate Baby & Kids category product awareness and demand.
- Build promotional concepts to support offline and online sales activities.
- Maintain relationships with external partners to ensure Baby & Kids category product development and promotional activities run well according to the concept, timeline, and budget.
- Implement monitoring, evaluation and report on every marketing activity that has been aimed at increasing sales and brand awareness.
- Identify competitive landscape and articulate market opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with new trends to build up innovative products and merchandise.
- Actively participate in the new product development process.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
- Min 2-3 years of work experience in footwear/fashion (Baby & Kids Category).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid data analytical and problem solving skills and marketing analytics.
