About the Role
You’ll be the brain and hands behind our B2B expansion engine. Your job is to design scalable growth systems, and turn experiments into predictable revenue. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders to build strategies that don’t just attract clients—but keep them coming back.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, test, and scale high-leverage B2B growth channels.
- Build playbooks for sales enablement, account expansion, and client retention.
- Analyze funnel data to find conversion leaks and fix them fast.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align messaging and GTM strategy.
- Turn customer insights into concrete experiments and business models.
- Report key metrics directly to the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For
- Strategic thinker who loves turning frameworks into real numbers.
- Experience in B2B growth, consulting, business development, or startup ops.
- Comfort with data and tools (Excel, CRM, Notion, HubSpot, or SQL).
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Bias for action — you’d rather test than talk.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero.
