Tentang Anak is a fast-growing parenting company in Indonesia, offering trusted products across app, eCommerce, nutrition, skincare, and books. We’re on a mission to help parents raise healthy, happy children, and this role is critical to accelerating our multi-category brand growth while staying true to our values.
What You’ll Own
- Brand Building & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement 360° marketing campaigns that strengthen brand equity and drive business results; manage creative agencies and vendor partners to deliver on time and on budget.
- Commercial Growth: Support the achievement of net revenue targets and gross profit, balancing online (net revenue) and offline (channel contribution).
- Market Expansion: Drive awareness and visibility (POSM execution in offline channels); grow new buyer base (online); improve buyer retention (M+3).
- Performance Management: Monitor campaign and initiative performance; analyze results; recommend optimizations; ensure learnings are applied in future plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure brand plans translate into measurable business impact.
What Success Looks Like
- Delivery of 360° campaigns that grow brand equity and awareness measurably.
- Achieve net revenue and gross profit targets for assigned categories.
- Increase new buyer acquisition online and strengthen M+3 retention.
- Ensure offline POSM visibility expansion in key channels.
- Consistently deliver projects with high execution quality, on time, and within budget.
