Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and manage a network of key driver leaders and partners to drive the purchase or rental of VinFast electric vehicles and participation in the XanhPlatform.
- Build and expand a fleet network to convert drivers, manage partnerships, gather feedback, and monitor coordination progress between partners and the company.
- Advise partners on business solutions aligned with their business models to optimize costs and ensure efficient operations when using electric vehicles; assess needs and propose suitable policies for each partner group.
- Monitor competitor activities and present relevant sales policy recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure strong and sustainable collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in automotive, fleet management, leasing, or transportation services).
- Strong network or prior exposure to fleet operators, taxi/transport cooperatives, or ride-hailing platforms is a plus.
- Self-driven, proactive, and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good command of English (verbal and written) or other local languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.
