Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of journal entries recorded in the system.
- Coordinate and communicate with related teams (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Control, and Tax) regarding revenue and expense transactions for each legal entity.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports to support timely and accurate closing.
- Perform journal checking and validation to ensure alignment with supporting documents and policies.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and journal entries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Structured, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
