Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication.
- Understand client business needs and propose relevant IT solutions and services.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor account performance, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client trust.
- Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as an Account Manager or Sales Executive in IT or technology solution industries.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as system integration, cloud computing, data analytics, or software development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
