You will be responsible for providing expert visa guidance, managing client relationships, overseeing document validation, and leading a team of support staff. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional visa process experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Expertise & Client Support
- Provide accurate and up-to-date visa advice tailored to individual client needs.
- Address client queries and concerns with professionalism, care, and clarity.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, documentation requirements, and processes.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the visa process.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Document & Data Management
- Collect, review, and validate clients’ documents and data to ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any documentation issues swiftly.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to streamline the visa processing workflow.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to junior team members as needed.
