Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain POS backend services such as transaction handling, syncing, and device integration using Golang or similar technologies.
- Implement and test APIs for communication between POS terminals, mobile apps, and the backend system.
- Support device communication logic, including peripherals (e.g., printers, barcode scanners) and payment modules.
- Collaborate with QA and front-end teams to troubleshoot bugs, identify bottlenecks, and improve system performance.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and code reviews to contribute to a collaborative agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in backend development (fresh graduates welcome).
- Basic experience with Golang or any backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, etc.), with strong interest in Golang.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and version control (Git).
- Understanding of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems or willingness to learn, including exposure to hardware integration and low-level data (e.g., device payloads, receipts).
- Knowledge of structured logging, debugging, and testing (unit/integration).
- Exposure to Docker, Linux, and microservices environments; message queues or offline-first architecture is a plus.
- Quick to adapt, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.
- Good communication skills, able to work collaboratively across QA, frontend, hardware, and product teams.
- Nice to have: experience from internships/projects in POS systems, payments, inventory, or retail/F&B tech; familiarity with startup or Agile environments.
